I have my luvs t bars Maxed out but the ride is terrable...and I'm afraid I'm gonna break something offroading
Is there a shock stiff enough or long enough I can stuff in there and keep close to the same ride hight. and have suspention again

when you have got to that point i would consider yanking out the t bars and getting coilovers up front

Try re-indexing the t bars. There is a thread or two about it here. Basically, remove the bars, and reinstall them with the a arms in the fully lifted position. This will give you the hight with less tension on the bars.

As you know when you max them out you r just putting more psi to the springs(torsion bars) which stiffens the ride...re indexing with solve this!

Re-indexing may make the ride better when the suspension is compressed, but if the lift is maxed out it still won't have any downtravel, new shocks won't cure this either. The only way to get more downtravel is to shorten the bump stop & you're limited as to how much you can gain.

Thanx guys.Yea iv thought about coil springs(coil over) but to allighn the coil spring correctly it would hit the cv axel right?


What about like 6 inch longer adjustable shocks like the rancho RS5000?
