OK I did a search and found out that I need an trailer light converter..right? Does anyone have any suggestions on a brand of type to use?
I also think we should post a sticky about this subject...I found out after I went through and started soldering all of the connections together! LOL Was a long day at work..got it done and found out I didn't have anywhere to wire the brake lights! Now I have to tear it all out and fix it!

I installed a Hopkins converter kit on the last truck I had, never gave me an issue. Was also reasonably priced. I think I paid no more than 25 bucks. Included a small simple test light to.

no, when i bought mine, i was not yet working for them. purchased the kit through state trailer supply.

although, yeah i think oreillys has it.

if not, they SHOULD be able to order it. if they say no, ask to talk to the store manager. that should change their tune!
