I have a 1980 2wd Luv, which sat for 5 years or more, but did run until recently. In order to attempt to drain the old, stale gas and replace it with fresh, a friend dis-connected the two fuel lines. They don't remember where they went, I never saw them beforehand, and I cannot seem to find where either should connect to.
Directly on the top, in front there is a approx. 1/2 inch diameter x 1/2 inch tall fitting with threads inside, and 2 small holes across from each other near the bottom of the fitting itself. If that's where the main line should go, obviously something is missing. However, I've been unable to find any images and so have no idea what to ask for at the auto parts store, lol.
The engine is a 4cyl gasoline type, with 2 carb openings. I'd greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer, and Thanks in advance 8^)

That sounds like what the banjo fitting on my 77 bolts to. It has 2 tubes on it, a large inlet connected to the larger fuel line and a smaller one connected to the smaller fuel line. When the float valve is closed, gas bypasses the carb and returns to the tank.
