So there i was last night and i had to move my spare luv motor. So i decided heck its only a 4banger i can lift it (its a complete motor) so i dead lift anto a dolly so i could roll it around. Well im not a big guy (5'7" 140lbs) so as you can imagine im realy hurting today. Man i feel stupid :lol:

you gotta take care of your back. when I was in my late 20's i spent 2 years out of work due to a back injury ( slipped disk AND degenerative disk disease). and now it looks like i have arthritis in my neck. I am 34 y/o. this is most likely due to dead lifting chevy v8 engine blocks and TH350 transmissions into truck beds when I was younger. The neck part is most likely from driving cars with snappy transmissions for the past 18 years. The pain is just something that I just have to deal with for the rest of my life... I have to dose 800mg of Ibuprofen twice a day... forever.

For all you young people out there... take care of your back... there is very little that modern medicine can do if you injure yours... and you only have 1 back.

Huummm...350lbs....+ or -.....ya should'nt feel dumb though....I know i've done alot of things i have regreted.....but we all have to learn ...some of us the hard way...... :roll: and i know we're not alone !!!!! :lol:
