Just got all the powdercoating back. Couldn't get the blue on the cage any more so had to redo it all. The coater has been having trouble with the candy colors for about two years. Not going on evenly, bleeding away from the edges and so on. I had it done in near chrome and a " new formula" of candy red. The candy came out outstanding but cost me double what I was expecting. I had figured $600.00. Do the math. I still have sticker shock. I'll post pics tomarrow. It looks great but cost way more than I wanted to spend. Afterall this is a driver.

"Afterall this is a driver"

I think you missed that off ramp

If I were you I would just keep going and you can show it on the weekends and get a few trophys for your effort. This is very nice work.

No. been there, done that. I realy enjoy building 'em and beating the crap out of 'em. Keep in mind that I built this from trades, leftovers, and Recycled stuff ( basicly automotive dumpster diving) so the level of detail isn't good enough to be a full show car. I will take it to shows to "show it off":).Because it's not your tipical mini-truck.

The second and third shot are of the dual cell HHO system I'm installing on my LUV. With the Hydrogen mix I'm shooting for 35mpg highway/18-20 intown.

Can you explain how an HHO system is going to increase your mpg?

Sure. HHO or is the water molicule blown apart. This is done by passing am electrical current through stainless plates submerged in distilled water. Once apart it becomes flammable. The gas is introduced through the PVC system. The reguar amount gasoline needed is redused.
Tons of more detailed info is online.

And of course, electricity and distilled water are FREE! Oh, they're not?

Really!. The alternator sits there and spins all day long. 1.5 quarts will go 700 miles or so. And a gallon of water is a real blast on the wallet. $3.00. I'm using a smaller system in my '94 Honda. 40+ MPG
I'm putting a big system in the LUV to see how far I can push it. Oh yea, I'm pulling only 10 AMPS.

This is nothing but snake oil for the gullible. An alternator "spins all day long" but not for free. When it is under load, it requires more energy to spin it. If it REALLY puts out more energy than it consumes, just put a BUNCH of them in there...and then you won't need ANY gas...just distilled water.

Take a look at what Popular Mechanics said about it...

Then why not add more cells until you don't need pump fuel?

Because you're telling him to it unreasonably. Btw a turbo forces extra fuel in, but it still gets better economy. Same idea just cause in theory it doesn't sound fesable doesn't mean it doesn't work.

Keep us posted on how the suspension and brakes work out. I am curious about how it turns, wheel offset etc. A whole write up on how you did this would be cool. The weight transfer is more equal with the rear differential isn't it? I hate to say it but this would be cool with one of the 2.3 or 2.6 with a turbo..if you could get the whole drive shaft issues straightened out.
