Ok guy, i'am tired of trying to figure this one out!

What are the defferences in a 1980 & a 1981 chevy Luv front chassis?
here is a pic of my 81 Luv chassis! I'am putting in a sbc & need to know is the 80 Luv Hookers headers will fit it! Summit says NO they won't, only 72-80!

I have parted out many 72-80 Luvs and 81 and up Luvs/Isuzu pups and the only difference between the two i have noticed is different body mounts. I think you would be safe to use the Hooker headers. Do Summit have a no returns policy?

I think i could do a return to Summit because of my being a pro shop customer! Thanks for the advice on this subject!
