yea i already got it fixed the guy who did it before heated it to much or somthing they said but it is fixed now so now i am about to put it together~!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay! i am so f#@kin happy! lol

Ok guys check out this deal i just got rofl i traded my uncle a buck knifes for a set of wheels he had on his 2wd luv i hope they fit on my 4x4 he said they have a big center hole and they should work i will go pick them up soon to see if they will they are 15s.

yea my uncle had a 2 wheel drive chevy luv with a 350 motor in it that would get up and go he took it to the scrap yard for junk when he needed money rly bad but kept the rims he put the old 14s back on when he scraped it so i got them for my truck and i will be geting them soon i will take pics for everyone to see! now i also got a better range for offroad tires since i have 15 inch rims so glad for that also! alrighty now ima go watch the fight tonight cya!

yea price was like pretty much free since i got the knife free and i never did anything with it. the tires are small in the front and big and wide in the back....wont stay like that because am not gona be making a hot rod or race truck.....will be geting some decent off road tires.... :ebiggrin

Yea, plus I'm sure those tires are very old, and about the time you hit 50-55 mph, you're going to have blowouts and tear up all kinds of stuff.

yea i wont be using those tires the tires i will be geting are either super swamper tsl radial or bfg km2 maybe depends i want some like 30/9.50s or some 30/10.50s everyone said if i got 31s or 32s it would rub and i dont want it to rub at all.....t bars cranked up with 2 inch body lift and then tires after thats done i will try and get a header.

ok got the 15 inch wheels, now i need to find some good tires hmmm....... :?: i been looking for some 30/9.50/15r or 30/10.50/15r found some bfg km2 i dont know if they really good for mudding? but i guess thats what i am gona try and get.


If any of u got suggestions on tires let me know i dont wanna go over 30s and i dont know how wide i can go either?

like i said i will be mudding and driving in creek beds with minor and i mean minor rock crawling because luvs dont got ton of flex.! shoot me some ideas!

well the selection of tires for a 15" wheel is pretty much endless. look at any of the bigger tire supplier and they usually have the terain specs listed for each tire type

dang those tsl boggers look so sick.....but they are 31/12.50/r15 i dont think they would fit on my luv to tall and i think maybe to wide?

ok got the pistons put in today and the rear main seal everythig is going pretty good now my dad wants to get some bolts to put the engine on the stand then we will finish puting it together.

alright guys i got some updates today i painted the inside of my truck with the bed liner stuff, i also put back on the head lights grill and some other things that were not on yet. I had lost the bolts to put all that back ona nd i found a few and matched them up with some new ones will have pictures up tomarrow it was geting dark so i left it alone didnt want to mess anything up.

Haha Looks Cool!!! Before i tore mine all apart i had a weber on it and i loved it! it was alot nicer. But When my oil light started to come on, I desided to make mine Way different and really one of a kind, haha lol heres a pic of mine ill be painting in and building a flat bed for it!
