Ok i redid the brakes all around. This was a couple months ago. now i have another problem. When I am stopped at an intersection or just idling my brakes will slowly lose tension and not work. On the other hand when I am in motion they work fine.

Could this be my brake booster going out?

Probably the master cylinder.

same thing mine is doing right now. if the booster goes out the brakes will be harder to push

definitely the master cylinder

If your pedal slowly goes to the floor and you aren't losing fluid, yes the MC. As you shop around, check NAPA. I replaced my original although it was fine just because nothing lasts forever.

Ok, well has anyone ever heard of this happening?

When stopped and the brakes are applied, only when I turn my wheel in either direction will the pedal go to the floor.
This is the only time it happens.

Good idea Jeramy. As I said, ''and you aren't losing fluid. Could be a brake hose that only leaks when bent one way.

Did you replace the brass washers with new ones?Did you gravity bleed your brakes?Did you bleed from furthest away to closest to master cylinder?Could be an air pocket in your brake lines.
