I fabbed mine out of fiberglass. They are a fairly simple shape.

Very simple I went to a sheet metal shop and got them to bent the two of mind came out great

http://www.tabcobodyparts.com/ sells new rocker panels. If i remember right it was about $35 for each side. item number 460-40 L-R

rockauto sells em jus gott type in 73 luv cuz it wont come up 75 and up for som reason

its the lil things that piss u off the most
