well i need a new windsheild seal first off if anyones got a good one new or old in good shape i would buy it im runnig out of time on my build i still have to paint and assemble in less than a month. I also have a question if any one knows i have a good rear seal for a slider is it the same seal for the solid back window i couldn't seem to get the window in if theres anyone out there that has window experiance or pictures on how to install or pointers it would be a huge help i dont have a ton of money to pay for instalation if i can do it myself that money can go to a hundred other things that need replaced or finished on this project.

Slider seal should be the same. I usually use a piece of rope (such as lawn mower pull cord) and put in the groove that the body will go in, leaving about a foot extra on each end, with those meeting in the middle on the bottom side. Get someone to help hold it in the window opening, and slowly and carefully pull the rope to the inside, this will let the seal go over the body channel, after making a corner, push the glass from the other side to help it seat. Do one side to approximately the middle on the top side, then start on the other end. Good luck...

When you put the rope in the rubber seal make sure to spray it with WD40 or some kind of slick spray it will help ALOT put mine in in like 30 secs doing that.
