Well if you didnt know i get some cash from playing Bass in a jazz group. Well its been a while since i picked my bass up (i have been bussy working on the trucks) and when i whent to tune it, which i can usually do by ear just fine, i found i couldnt. This realy sucks i have no sense of tones anymore. I guess all the grinding and welding i have done lately messed up my ears, shure dosnt take much to knock that out...

I always wear ear protection these days even if i am cutting the lawn. my hearing has definitely gone down hill over the years... too many Dio, Iron Maiden and Metallica concerts when i was a kid. too much disk grinder and whizzer wheel usage too.
