I was wondering if the 88-92 4ZE1 engine would bolt up to the stock LUV 4 speed tranny. If so wat all upgrades would i need to do to put it in my '80 LUV

You will need a 2.3 engine plate and flywheel and a 2wd oil pan. Use the stock Luv clutch- same as for a 2.3. You will need a complete 2.6 engine- motor mounts and all accessories, manifolds- things like that. Probably a larger radiator. Firewall mods to clear the distributor. You will need a 2.3 intake & carb unless you plan to use the EFI.

the reason i want the 4 speed is because mine is 4 wheel drive and id like to keep same drivetrain and if i keep the EFI how hard is it to install with the ecm?
