You should be able to get that bolt out. Spray it good with penetrating oil and give it a good rappety tap tap with a hammer. Rapid, light blows is what you want. Then get on it with vice grips. It is doesn't come, keep up with the penetrating oil and hammer. You might try some heat. Be careful if it is aluminum.

Usually things like that are studs, they are just screwed in. It takes some work, but it should come out.

You could need to use a torch on it, if the others do not.... But those are good directions.

Post in the classified section but use wanted in the title too.

You'd be surprised that even a muffler shop can probably get that out for you... They are used to removing old studs from exhaust manifolds.
If you took the part to them, they would probably do it for around $20 - $25.00.

Also you could take it to any machine shop.

That is true. I once worked in a brake shop. Removing broken bleed screws was a steady business.

Try a stud remover if you have one. If not vise grips might work. If all else fails, cut them off flat, drill and tap. When tapping aluminum go slow and remove the tap and clean it every couple turns. Aluminum fills up the tap and binds if you don't clean it often.

Use a torch and wax.Heat the stud and hit the wax on the stud. Then use vice grips to turn out the stud.I have done a lot of Automotive Machine work ant 99% of the time this works.Be careful not to get the aluminum too hot you can warp it.When you put the stud back in use anti-seize.Always use it with dissimilar metals. It will keep the threads from galling and jamming up! Good Luck!
