Work start time today is noon 30! What, am I on the swing shift now? I wasn't told. But we get overtime at 5pm no matter when you start, so....$$$$$$$$$ 8)

As long as your over 30. :P 8O And I think, the older you both are , the less the age gap matters.

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.

Worked all day at work, been working most of the afternoon on my sons LUV, now I think I'll have a beer and take "Moose", (my white bird dog in my avatar pic) for a walk on the rivers edge trail.

I cannot understand why people do not, or cannot respect a motorcycle. . . .

I got clipped today. went down at about 20mph. was wearing my riding jacket, helmet and whatnot, but still got pinned underneath the bike. To the gentleman in the 66 C10, i thank you for helping me up.

Get use to it. I have been riding since the early 80's and nothin has changed. My last accident 5 years ago, A guy pulled out in front of me and I had to lay my bike down. Massive road rash and a shattered wrist, and 3 months in rehab. Now my right wrist now has a steel rod and pins. Just be careful out there. The older you get, the longer it takes to recover!

Glad you're OK. I haven't rode a bike on the street in years but it was never my own abilities that worried me...it was everyone elses lack of wanting to give the right of way or even typical highway respect so I sold the bike in '95 and haven't been back on a street bike since.

My daughter tells me this morning that the blue LUV is making a grinding sound when she puts the clutch pedal in while stopping. 8O Her guess was maybe the drive shaft. That's because when the u joints went out on her in the 4X4, is shook the truck and made a lot of noise also. :D
Anyway, I test drove it down the street and it was the front brakes. So I did a brake job today. Rotors were good, just turned them. Packed the bearings, and installed new pads. Used my buddies "racing shop" name at the parts store and got it all done for $46.00. Sweet!
