Hello, My name is Jake. Im going to be buying a 77 luv hopefully this weekend and I already have a ton of plans for it. The guy im buying it from says that it has 54000 orig. miles and says that the title says the same thing. I noticed in a pic of another luv that the odometer didnt really have a spot for once the mileage gets into six figures. So i was wondering is there a possibility that this truck could have 154000 miles or possibly 254000 miles. Thanks for any info. P.S. this forum is awesome ive already learned so much about these trucks.

Well I went to see the truck today and didnt end up getting it. There was way too much rust for me to handle. Im just going to keep my eyes peeled.

You'll get something better hopefully.


Regarding the odometer... the only way to know for sure the actual mileage is to have service records with the dates recorded that have been kept since the truck was new.
