I've found a 1979 2WD Chevrolet LUV all original. The only thing wrong with it is that it warped one valve,i don't know if its worth it but he wanted $400 for it.I don't know how many different sizes of motors that can go in it so any info will help.

but if the body is good just needs motor work i would say its worth 400 but of course offer him less to start!

as for motors, there are a couple that will bolt right up. i dont know what your fabrication skills are but there are a few kits available to put a v6 or a v8 in them also

iv'e seen it but i dont have any pics,but the body is in very good condition it's been kept in garage almost it's whole life. I would like to put a 4.3 S-10 motor in it if that would fit? I dont know

Any motor will fit depending on your fabrication skills and pocketbook.

It would probably be just about the same, depending on what you can find at a local parts yard.

I'm in central Florida and I can't find just about any compatible Troopers/Pups/I-Marks/Luvs. It's like everything's on the West coast.
