I just had my sons 72 Ford on FIRE in my shop...singed my hair on my head putting it out.

You guys are killing me! :lol: My son rebuilt the carb on it but never tuned it. It was a !@#$% to get to start. I hit it with starting fluid and it flamed up bigger than hell. Never had that happen before. (I have had fires but not from that) Anyway, I grabbed a shop towel to put it out, gave it the old drop the towel on top of it smother it and out the flame came...right at me. Singed the hair on the right side of my head...it's noticeable. Rondog I agree with you, if it had been out in the street I just might have let it burn. Took me a half hour but after adjusting the fuel and air mixture it runs like a dream.
