started transmission tunnel and firewall tonight. still not tacked on the driver side of tunnel by seat.. ill work on it more tomorrow.

my dads 1500 is a 8 lug stock but thats also a 1500hd with the 6.0 gas :twisted:

I take it you are MIG welding the parts? What wire size, flux core, or solid wire with gas, and/or what gas do you use? Those are some beautiful welds.

yeah mig with 75/25 i think.. .030 wire. some welds look ok, others are meh. most the sheetmetal ones are meh.

column and wheel.. ididit is a little different from flaming river so i took the column apart to see how it needs to be shortened, simple still, but more work than a flaming river. so if you are gonna have to shorten a column, get flaming river.
