 Post subject: Rear brakes lock up?

So why does the rear brake (passenger) lock up so easily? i did an internet search and it seems to be a common problem on the luvs. ??

When my 79 did it (embarrasing as hell! :oops:), it was the wheel cylinder leaking brake fuild on the shoes.

I never had it happen on my 77, but I have rebuilt the wheel cylinders several times over the years. I also replace all the springs when I replace the shoes.
