can any one out there tell me where to get the seals that go on the wiper stubs that come out of the cowl?

I read people used spark plug wire boots that go to the distributor.

all i did was take a little vaseline and put it on the inside , slid it over the wiper stud and wipe the rest off... hasn't leaked in 3 years

Ditto here. Hasn't ever leaked a drop since.

(And since I scrounged them both out of the trash at an auto parts store - it's undoubtably the cheapest mod/fix I've ever done on my truck....lol)
