Here we just drag race one way. 2 trucks at the same time... The pits were dug down with a big berm in between them.. They run class races. Machine shop I worked for in the mid 80's sponsored a 6 cyl Ford guy 300 ci 6 cyl... The owner was a Ford, duh... It was bad ass for what it was... Usually won his class, and occasionally the finals. It was 2 WD. It started as a stock class and then ran modified. The unlimited class was every done to them. Houston Police Department would bring their rescue boat tow truck and race it.... Very cool... Lots of good will created by them.
