I just removed my clutch pedal and adapted the V-6 throttle cable to work with my stock gas pedal

I used the $12 spectre universal cable . Had all the adaptors for almost every type of set up and very adjustable .

What I used was like a 70's c-10 throttle cable, a stock manifold cable mount and my original throttle pedal arm but welded the c-10 bracket to the top..it looks like nothing was ever messed with.

The auto transmission version has a wider pedal, but most of us just use the one that is already in the truck.

I have stock petals as well and when broke my throttle cable I bought the wrong one everything worked fin just the plastic end ap came off while racing so I had no throttle thankfully I had speaker wire I wrapped it around the car. And ran it through the firewall just to get home that was a fun trip back so point is just make sure you get the right cable
