Our Luv has really been hooking this season with new slicks and a new set of home made lift bars. Our best was 10.72 at 121mph.
At launch the wheels come up aprox. 8" and carries them about 30'.
The front fenders are almost resting on the tires(185x15). In the past we just cranked up the torsion bar bolt until we had about a inch of clearance. Now cranking up on the bolt doesn't raise the
fender at all on either side. Does this mean that the bolt has stripped out? or has the bar lost its tension? Can it be repaired or is this problem the reason why I read that several members go to a coil over shock?
