I'll be gone for a few weeks after this weekend. Got transferred a quite a ways down south. I'm actually pretty stoked about it. I went and checked out the new digs today, and it's a hundred times nicer than where I am now.

Right now I'm commuting a little over 250 miles a day, but they're paying me 45¢ per mile AND paying for all my gas for my troubles. I may never move!

Cost of living where I'm moving is sooo much lower too. So I get a salary that is a little more than what I already average, less hours at work, and cost of living cut more than in half. Life is good.

The kicker was when they asked if I wanted to transfer. I said yes before I even knew where the city was.

You sure are a lucky guy. I would give anything to live in the south. And if they are going to pay you Memphis wages, you will live like a king. Now you will need to start cheering for the U. of Miss., Rebels.
