i was wondering what gears normally come in a 87 izusu trooper for the rear end.... 4 wheel drive with a 5 speed trans??? and if it would fit my 74 chevy luv...??? any help would be great.... thanx.. and by the way if the rear disks and brakets would work on my stock rear end.... to conver to disk brakes... thanx again....

74 LUV With Ford 2.3 Turbo Motor with a T-5 and 3.42 gears out of 85 pup.

'87 gas Troopers have 4.56 rear gears. It's a 10-bolt with a 17 spline axle & the third member will fit in a '74 LUV. BUT-If your Trooper has disc's on the rear it's not an '87, it's an '88 or newer and has a 12-bolt with a 26 spline axle and the 3rd won't fit.

its the only trooper that has them in the USA
