So if i was to put coil overs on my Luv everyone has told me that i should take the torsion bars out. Should i put anything in the torsion bars place or just rip them out and put the coil overs in.

The coil spring in the coil overs should do the work that the torsion bar does now if you have the right size/wt coil spring.

yes in a way. the coilover does the job of the torsion bars so you dont need those and the adjuster and so forth. you have to mod the shock tower fit the coilover depens on what type you get.
