My truck is runnin' hot out here in the desert, I did some upgrades: Pacesetter header, and new piping with high-flow cat and flowmaster muffler, pertronix electronic ignition, MSD 8mm wires, NGK plugs, weber 38 DGES carb, and a 16" perma cool electric fan with a billet aluminum pulley kit with a cog belt from tweakit.com (Aussie stuff). I got Huge gains, so much I broke both my motor mounts. I got a 160 stat and radiator is in good shape, flushed it out too. The fluid moves as truck gets up to temp so I figure the still stock water pump is good. I ordered a new one anyway, it should be here soon. Anyway I am thinking about getting an aluminum radiator and just wanted some input one where and which is the best fit and performance combo. Also any input on why she is still runnin' hot as it is now would be greatly appreciated as well.

Thanks!

I took my stock rad. to a shop and had it re-cored to a 3 row. Another LUV was already a 3 row when I bought it.

Try Speedwaymotors.com
They have aluminum radiators but you will still have to modify the front a little bit to accomodate the smallest one they have.
