I got a flare tool set from Napa pretty cheap and just make my own lines. It's pretty easy...

I'm jealous of your engine swap. I have a '72 and if the motor ever gives up I may consider something similar. Problem is it runs too good now to do anything to. Good luck on your swap, keep us updated.

the suspention i read somewhere on the pre 76 and even i think the 76 77 LUVs had somethign that made the handling feel sloppy that was fixed in the later years, but it might have been the bushings. And i know one thing is that putting poly bushings will help, I just cant quite put my finger on what it was that I read about.... Mabye some one here can help shed some light for me...

Old Rob

you did a rack and pinion conversion?

did you just add the rack? if so what was the critical dimension for the rack width. i got this power rack from a 200sx really looks like it would fit.

should the rack dim for the inner tie rods match the luv dims exactly or is there room for fudge :esurprised
