Since I can't figure out what size radiator vs engine, would a 19" tall by 22" wide aluminum (Speedway Motors) radiator keep a Chevy 4.3 V6 cool? I need to replace the radiator in my truck for the G200 and want to install one that will work with the eventual V6 conversion!! :D :D

Yes, if the engine and trans are mounted properly. You should also be able to have AC with that radiator.
