I'm 17 and have a 1980 luv 4x4 that i want to do some things to do, because all i have ever had is large trucks, and i like my luv, but its too low, so i would like to fit 30's underneath it with about a 4" lift
i don't want to do anything more than a 1" body lift if i have to.
So, i know how i can do so many things to the back to lift it, SOA, shackle, blah blah, easy stuff.
but the front is what i am worried about.
I hear that the trooper A-arms bolt in, and give you a 3" lift? IS that true? also, what else do you have to do to your trust to get it? Do you have to max out the t-bars, becasue i DO NOT want to do that, shit will break and you wont have good suspension.
Or, if i want to strait axle it (i want to, i just don't know how hard it is) what i need to do, what works best, i know everyone loves Toyota, just wondering if there is any other things that you can do to get some lift out of the truck without sacrificing suspension softness and steering.
also, please post some pictures of lifted luvs on here, i'm eager to see what crazy stuff people do to them

Thanks,
