as far as i know it was a decal kit only, like in the video i have, its the yellow one

Yep, just a decal kit, my brothers friend "Mike" had a blue Mighty Mike back in the 80's

i've measured the remains of the mikado decals before sanding them off. not enough of it left to salvage so the local printery is quoting me a package deal on a custom mikado decal set. it's not like the original because i drew it out but it will say Mikado. I'll have pics as soon as I get them.

There is a Mighty Mike sitting behind a gas station downtown here, I will try to swing by and get a pic of it, not real pretty shape though.

Here's a couple of old ads. Not sure on model yr.
Looks like the same promo pic ctmandu already posted up.
The first 1 calls it "Mighty Mike" striping.
The 2nd lists it as an available option:
* MM trim
* high-back buckets
* Mikado interior

Maybe the trim pack also included the snazzy whitewalls? :D
