Parking and spectators are free. (into the truck show, there might be a charge for the train stuff)
To show a truck it's $15 pre reg. and $20 at the show.

This is open to trucks in any shape.

I used to me a member of this org. and have shown my '80 at this show. They won't care. You might not be up for a trophy, but they just want people, trucks and $ to show up.

The location for the last 3 or 4 years was at the March Air Field Museum. The placed sucked so they have found this new place to try out. Before this, we held it at a high school in Whittier, 3 miles from my house. Most members that are on the board, live out near Perris. So they like the show out there. I quit paying my dues and am not a member any more, but my buddy with the 1919 Moreland still is. They display his truck with all the homemade trophies on it.

It's free to just come check it out. That's a first. They have always charged a couple bucks before.
Here is the link to the so cal chapter. They haven't kept it updated for some reason, but you can see in there, what the shows are like.

http://www.socalaths.org/

Go to the multimedia icon, watch the top vid on the page. This was an advertisement video made at the California Speedway race track, to promote the ATHS national convention being held there about a year after this was made. about 35 secs. into the vid you'll see a caution yellow 56 Pete with a beacon light on the roof. I'm driving that truck. The truck after that is the Moreland, my kids are riding on the Moreland, and then my other buddies 48"? GMC cabover. The truck I drove hauled the Moreland to the track. It belongs to a company my buddy works at, and I worked there for a couple years.

Also. I know I'm rambling, That 2004 national show.... I bought my 1st LUV in Huntington beach on Friday afternoon, drove it home, washed it, filled with gas, and on Sat., drove it and entered it in the Show in Fontana.
