So here is what happen. I woke up and my Luv was "MOVED!" I unfortunately have to park on the street and so I park in a spot that only I can fit. Now it is possible to park two cars there if I move up, so some one took the liberty of doing it for me. Now I called my insurance, which was not much help (liability only). The only thing they were able to do for me was run the plate and send them a request for information or so I was told. Then I called a police info line and asked them what I could do in my situation. They told me that they could send a police officer over as this was a legitimate complain that falls into a misdemeanor hit and run for failing to leave any information. The officer told me to try to attempt to resolve this matter privately. So I have and have been unable to obtain any insurance information through communication with the vehicle owner. I have come to the point where no other options are available to my knowledge but to file a police report for a misdemeanor hit and run and failing to provide insurance information. Now I know it may sound like a big deal but it really is not. The only reason I'm doing this is because people have no respect for other peoples property and that just PISSES ME OFF!!!

Here is abouth were the Luv was before. Use the three a reference point.

Is it in front of your property? IF so, have it towed. That will get the point across....

My moter in law lived across from a high school baseball field and it was farther to walk from the parking lot so people would park on the street and in front of their house and often in front of their drive way. The police said the street is not private and anyone can park there and if they put up no parking signs then we could not park there either. It sucked but they would only do something if someone was blocking a drive way. I think you are in the right, rude nieghbors or friends of neighbors piss me off too. That's why I moved to the country.

I suppose you could move their car back for them...just depends if you know who they are or they know who you are. Practically, however, just park forward when possible and I bet the situation will go away.

Push theirs back until it's blocking a driveway and then have their car towed for blocking a driveway.

Seriously though, obviously they don't care about their car, and they have no problem screwing up your ride (which also implies they don't repect other people's things). So you can assume if you start a war that they'll retailiate. And you have more to lose since your truck is in much better shape.

You basically have to choices. You can either surrender the spot and share, or you can respond to such an extreme that revenge never even crosses their minds as they run away hoping that you don't follow.

Just my 2 cents.

Call A tow truck buddy and just move it into the street,right out in the middle. Rude people piss me off

Get the cops to give him a ticket, then take him to small claims court for damages to your truck. Get a estimate for repairs to your truck.. That should do it.

I park out in the street too, but to find parking on my block is a bitch. So I hate it when people take up two parking spots, specially when its some one that lives on the block, I just push em' when they do that.... they only thing is that I make sure the cars are bumper to bumper before i push it..
