I don't have a lot of pics and most are posted in this thread. If they are not showing up. You may have "Photo Bucket" blocked somehow.


The real key is to get lots of cardboard the thicknss of a coke 24 pack only 4ft X 4ft (non-corragated). Most grocery stores and/or printing places will have this as it's used between layers when stacking product on a pallet. It works great because it's similar to the Aluminum and is easy to work, cut, bend plus its free. Once you have a good template you can transfer it to the aluminum sheet add 1" to form the lip. On average most panels I made took 2-3 templates.
