What I meant about overdue, is the Steelers had been to the AFC Champ game 6 times with Cowher and he lost 4 of them at home, most of them ending on the last play of the game. Last year they went 15 and 1 with a rookie QB (who wanst playing the game they lost) and got creamed by New England. This year at week 12 they were 7 and 5 and had to win out just to get there, and they pulled it off, when you knock on the door that many times, eventually the door is going to open.
Also kind of irrelevant but the Steelers have been around since the 30's and it took them 40 years to win thier first title.
