I'm not great with the terminology of the exhaust system, and am having trouble finding the part I need.

I dropped my 82 luv (2.2 L diesel) at the exhaust pro shop after the exhaust pipe detached from the exhaust manifold. It was rusted and ... well ... a piece of crap. The mechanic said I'd need a new front exhaust pipe, and that he could not find the part himself. Even though my clutch is about to go, and my idler arm is on the fritz, I am not ready to let my truck go.


Can any one give me any advice about where to find a front exhaust pipe for an 82 luv?

I've searched this website, amazon, poked around various google searches and so on. No luck. But I am not ready to give up.

Please help!
