I would think you could just change the rear third member, not the entire axle assembly, should both be 10-bolt, 17-spline. As for the front you need the front third member from an '87 or older Trooper, all but the '87 turbo diesel came with 8-bolt 26-spline 4.56 (TD were 4.10). The bad part is you have to remove the entire front end to get the third member out. Then to correct the speedo you will need to either change the speedo gear or put on taller tires.
