I've got the weber installed and took it to a really good carb guy to make sure I did everything right and he said he couldn't see the float bowl overflowing so I didn't need the fuel pressure regulator. Do I need this?

At the same time my gas mileage sucks. I'm getting a new exhaust put on right now so that will help a little bit but my main question is whether or not I need to vent from the valve cover to the carburetor. You've got the main oil breather one towards the back and that itty bitty one towards the front on the right side of the vehicle. Do I need to attach a line from one or both on the valve cover to the carburetor? Right now I've just got two lines on the carburetor, the main fuel line and the one going back to the vapor recovery thing by the gas tank.

Let me know what you guys think.

Also I had the week from hell trying to get all this stuff on so I just want to thank everyone here and anyone who's ever posted.

I put a little breather filter (looks like a tiny K&N filter) on the hole on top. And I plugged off the one on the side. Nothing to the carb.

BTW I just remembered I need to get a new filter for the valve cover. I lost it last weekend 4 wheelin in the desert. 8)

The little hose that goes from the intake to the valve cover can be left in place or plugged off. Do you have it connected from the valve cover to the carb? If you do you have a major vacum leak goin on.
