I have heard that you can balance 36 inch mud tires with bbs like in a shotgun shell. Has anyone done this or heard of this? Just put a set of used (80% tread) 36" super swampers on my truck and it shakes kinda bad going down the road over 40 mph and pulls to the right a little. Did not have problems like this with my previous tires. Any suggestions for these monster tires?

Stop by a tire repair where they repair 18 wheeler tires and ask them to put balacing powder in your tires like they put in the 18 wheelers. This will solve your problem.

Yea, that stuff works. It's like a bunch od bb's in your tire. At a walking speed youn might here them, but any faster and they go quiet and balance the tire very well. I used them in my Peterbilts years ago.

Found a tire shop who put the 18 wheeler stuff in for ten bucks a tire. Thanks for the help everyone. I will keep the airsoft bbs in mind for next time! I watched them put the stuff in and all they did was break the bead, pry up the tire and drop the little bb things in. It is driving alot better!
