So without warning my truck just started runnig like sh*t.... i started by checking the ditributer cap, points, rotor, wires, and plugs... the points seemed stuck so I replaced them and adjusted them out but no change... I pulled the plugs and found out there is no compression in 3rd and 4th cylinders... I then pulled off my valve cover to check the springs and they are all fine they look brand new and there are no metal flakes or shavings... there also is no gas in the oil so I dont think it the rings.... someone told me it could be the head gasket but there is no water in the oil or vise versa

There are several ways a head gasket can blow, what you stated is a blown head gasket in between the #3 and 4 cylinders. The air is jumping between the two cylinders, looks like a head gasket is needed.

That would be my guess as well. You could check the valve adjustment on #3 and #4 but it sounds more likely that the head gasket blew out between them. If you have access to the air fittings to put some air in the cylinders you should be able to get air to blow out #3 spark plug with the hose in #4 and vice versa. That would confirm it.

'Sact same thing happened to mine... burned a hole between the #3+4 cyls...
It makes a popping noise that sounds something horrible, and shakes like it's having a seizure?
Yup, headgasket.
Check your head for warpage... I never overheated mine, and it was warped... had it straightened (you can't re-machine OHC heads... the warpage effects the cam bearings also...)

I have had a ton of over head cam heads machined with no issues, in fact it was standard practice at the dealers I worked at.

Thanks for the correction on that one... probably saved the guy a bit o' cash... ;)
It might be that the head can be warped to a certain point before it has to be straightened... now that I think about it, I can't see .003" total warpage doing much to affect the cam...
