Decided to play with the Luv alittle. Got fresh tranny and torque converter. Built some solid motor mounts and made alot more clearence on the front cross member. Want to go too a lot bigger header, lower the engine and scoot it back as far as I could and just couldnt do it with the bolt in mounts I had. So if anybody is looking for a set I have a complete bolt in motor mount set for an 80 luv. Also did some work on the radiator support so I could bring the radiator out away from the engine. I have late 60s early 70s long tube camaro headers. Had to change two tubes to fit angle plug heads. I do have the torsion bars removed and have coilovers.

I have some Hooker swap headers in my collection, sorta looking for mounts that work with those. But, they are pretty easy to fab... Thanks anyway.

VERY easy to fab. I can sent u some pics if you want, take you about 20 mins to replicate, and will bolt right in.

Oh, I have projects, just no money. I sent my eldest off to college this week. I have my yellow LUV that is probably destined to be a dirt dragger, a 67 Malibu, and a 56 Chebbie stepside prostreeter...
