Hey guys!

Okay, I crawled under the truck for the 3rd time in search of the tranny filler plug: NOPE! There's 2 plugs that have wires attached, one doubtless the reverse switch, don't know what the other is. Found a plug a few inches up the side of it but seems way too low to be the filler plug. Could that be it, down low on the side?

Thanks for reply, but no such plug on my transmission! I climbed under there and think I found it. Above drain plug on back of main trans case, right next to where tailhousing bolts on to rear face of trans case, there's a large plug similar to drain plug, that's gotta be it.

Also my drain plug is on side of trans close to the bottom but doesn't fit into bottom of case like your pic.

You ended up helping afterall because I finally found it trying to match things up to your pic! Thanks!
