I have a feeling that spammers are trolling the owner registry and using the email address. Looks like we lose another feature to the spammers...

I don't see an alternative other than removing the email addresses from the owner registry, unless someone has a better idea.

We can still PM through the site so losing the E-Mail feature won't kill us.

They are gone from lists, however removing them from the individual galleries would be a greater task.

Freakin' spammers... Maybe everyone should have opted to not show theirs and to not receive emails from here when they registered. It's nearly impossible to stop them otherwise.

I run MxAfee SiteAdvisor and it says that. I don't know why or how to change it.
