My other truck has a problem with the cruise control. It doesn't work. When i first bought the truck about 5 years ago, it worked just fine. Then about a year ago it would work once in a while. Now it wont work at all. I checked the fuse and it good. Does anyone know of what is the common fix for this.

Have you checked the de-activation switch down on the brake pedal arm? Most vehicles have two depression switches. One is for the brake lights and the other is to disengage the cruise control. Just my thoughts, good luck. Joe

I got a little info off of the internet and the CC switch comes up as a weak link of the system. And they also mention the brake and clutch switches too. I'm looking into them now. I was hoping that some people have had to deal with this and could point me directly to the problem. I guess i'll have to go with checking these items first.
