Same here. We (really the wife) are loading up the motorhome now heading out for a camping trip till the 7th.

A side note for the Califorians, please don't play with fireworks as most of our state is allready on fire.

One of my co-workers' daughter's birthday is the 4th, so I have to work. BUT, I just took 11 days off myself. Camping, going to the beach, and to a large kite festival. Got my celebration early, and I didn't even have to sedate my dog. :smt106

Thanks to our veterans, I'll be thinking of you on this particularly American holiday. If it weren't for soldiers, there wouldn't be an America. I did 10 yrs in the USAF, and somehow, for me, the 4th was one of the toughest holidays to be away from home.

Hope you all have a safe and happy holiday.

Happy 4th to everyone! And to all of those that have served, are serving, or ever will serve...thank you very much! Have a save holiday everyone and let's all hold a good thought in our hearts for all of our troops and hope that they all come home safe soon.

haha i started two fires with fireworks and like 4 of the fireworks were faulty! ( big dangerous ones :twisted: )
