my oillight is flickering on my 79 oil level is good where is my oil pump and how do I change it.

Could just be the light. They are notorius for that. Try puting on a mechanical oil pressure gauge and check it first. You could either mount one in the cab or just get a mechanics tool hand held type one just for checking it.
