I need some help folks. My rear step bumper had some rust so I took care of it. and painted in silver metallic Rustolum rattle can.

Question is what color should it be, I dont know if I like it it looks really different.
Though about spraying over with some satin clear.
Any thoughts I have a car show in 10days

Try the clear for now, but if you have a little $ , I would go get it chromed so it matches the front. 8)

I did the same on my front bumper but the clear didn't seam to help much. Chrome would be a good choice
or powder coating. I was quoted about $130 to powder coat, not sure about chrome.
