Not a step by step per say, but there are LUV shop manuals all over E Bay. Just get one for your series truck (or eng.) and it will have all the info you should need.

I never rebuilt a motor in my life until the luv... used a shop manual and the 2 repair manuals out there, I think Clymer and Haynes ... and they all where about the same but they got me threw it no problem
