One thought is are the they hardened push rods and are thre rockers? They sell hardened and non hardened push rods you have to make sure they match. guide plates also if you are running them non hardened guide plates hardened push rods. One of them will get eaten I think its the guideplates because they are softer but maybe wrong on that. another thing it could be is if you are running stock style rockers maybe the cam is bigger than what they can handle. The slot on the rocker maybe bottoming on the rocker stud some. when that happens the cam is trying to shove th push rod through the bottom of the rocker. each time it hits it weakens that area causing it to fail.
