JUST FOUND THIS AUWSOME SITE. I OWN A '78 LUV 2WD STEP SIDE THAT MY STEP FATHER BOUGHT NEW, HE SOLD IT AND I BOUGHT IT BACK,I DROVE IT IN SCHOOL AND THEN HAD WILD IDEAS OF FIXING THE RUST , ADDING A V-6 AND ALL THAT GOOD STUFF, BUT ALL I REALLY DID WAS TEAR IT ALL APART AND STORE MOST OF IT IN SHEDS AND SOME OUTSIDE SINCE 1991. iREALLY WANT TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. WISH I WOULNDT OF SOLD THE MOTOR AND TRANNY.

IVE GOT SOME OLD PICS OF MY LUV SOMEWHERE , I'LL SEE IF I CAN SCAN THEM OR TAKE PICS OF THEM, IS THIS WHAT YUR TALKING ABOUT

no i meant if you end up doing the v6 swap when you get it together or im sure everyone wouldnt mind pics of the basic assembly of the stock truck either
